About Sovereign HNI

Sovereign started as a way to see an entire net worth in one place. It became the intelligence layer for people building and protecting wealth across borders — tracking, tax, relocation, a second brain, and a monitor tuned to you.

The problem

High net worth portfolios don't fit into one app. Crypto lives on five exchanges and a hardware wallet. Equities are split across two brokerages and a 401(k). There's a primary residence, two rental properties, a small business, some private equity, and a stack of stablecoins earning yield in a DeFi protocol. Then there's the tax situation, which depends on where you live, where the assets are domiciled, and which of those things changed this year.

Most personal finance tools are built for a different problem: budgeting a salary, saving for retirement, picking index funds. They handle one or two asset classes well and ignore the rest. Sovereign HNI is built for the picture that doesn't fit anywhere else.

The philosophy

Three principles shaped the product:

  • Live, not retrospective. Net worth is a real-time number. Snapshots are taken hourly so you can see exactly when, how, and why your wealth moved — not just where it ended up at the end of the month.
  • Honest about complexity.Real portfolios have side pockets, residences vs rentals, businesses with imperfect valuations, and yield-bearing positions that are technically debt. The tool treats all of it as first-class data instead of forcing it into a generic “Other” bucket.
  • Yours, not ours. Your data is encrypted at rest, never sold, never used to train models. Exchange integrations are read-only by design — Sovereign HNI cannot move your funds even if it wanted to. Export everything to JSON or delete the account in one click.

How the tax engine works

The tax engine models your portfolio against the rules of 165 countries: capital gains regimes, dividend treatment, crypto-specific rules, foreign income rules, and residency thresholds. Each country's rules live in a structured profile that captures the rates, the brackets, the exemptions, and the edge cases that make tax planning actually hard.

You can run side-by-side comparisons of two or more jurisdictions to see how the same portfolio would be taxed in each. The output is not a tax return — it's a decision-making tool for residency planning, asset location, and timing.

Important: Sovereign HNI is not a substitute for a tax advisor. The engine is a modeling tool. For any actual filing or relocation decision, work with a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdictions.

How the sovereignty index works

The sovereignty index visualizes the geographic exposure of your wealth on a world map. Each holding is weighted by its location of risk — where the asset is held, where the issuer is domiciled, where the underlying business operates, where you reside.

The output is a single picture of how concentrated or distributed your wealth is across jurisdictions. Most HNW individuals are surprised to discover how much single-country risk they actually carry. The index makes that visible so you can decide whether you're comfortable with it.

The relocation copilot

Once you can see your exposure, the next question is what to do about it. The relocation copilot weighs every country against what matters to you — tax, cost of living, safety, visa routes — matches you to the ones that fit, and lays out the real cost of the move. It is especially useful the first time someone realizes where they live is a choice, not a given. It surfaces options and contacts; it never pushes you to move. Sometimes the honest answer is to stay, and the tool will tell you so.

Your second brain

Wealth decisions don't live in a spreadsheet alone — they live in notes, contacts, documents, and half-formed plans. The second brain captures all of it in one place and links it to your portfolio, so nothing important gets lost. It is also what makes the intelligence personal: the more Sovereign knows about you, the more relevant its briefings become.

Intelligence tuned to you

The monitor is the payoff. Because Sovereign already knows your holdings, your exposure, and what you care about, it briefs you on the markets, policy shifts, and news that actually touch your money and your world — not a generic feed. Delivered on the dashboard, by Telegram, or by email.

The company

Sovereign HNI is built and operated by Confiable Tech, registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). DIFC is a federally regulated financial free zone with its own independent legal framework and courts, built specifically for financial services and technology companies.

It is built by Pedro Pellicer Coloma — a former professional poker player whose working life was spent pricing risk and expected value. Sovereign applies the same discipline to wealth and jurisdiction: weigh the odds honestly, and let the person holding the cards make the call.
