How do the three tiers work?
Free is forever: it shows where your net worth ranks worldwide plus lifestyle intelligence in Discover. Tracker ($19/mo) is the full live net-worth tracker. Sovereign ($100/mo or $1,000/yr) adds the intelligence layer — the tax and relocation engine, the tailored AI monitor, AI chat, and the second brain. Billing has not opened yet: during the open beta every account gets the full product, and the paid tiers switch on once payments are live. Start free and you keep your data either way.
Can I pay today?
Not yet. Paid tiers are not for sale until Stripe checkout is live and each plan's limits are enforced in the app. Signing up now creates a free account; we will announce in-app and by email when Tracker and Sovereign open.
Will I be able to cancel anytime?
Yes. When billing opens, cancellation will be one click from Settings and take effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for. No retention call, no friction. You drop back to the Free tier and keep your data.
What will happen to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays where it is. Dropping from Sovereign to Tracker will keep your full tracker and history but pause the tax engine, AI monitor, and AI chat. Dropping to Free will keep your account and your rankings; live tracking and integrations pause and reconnect the moment you upgrade again.
Will there be a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Sovereign is planned at $100/mo or $1,000/yr — paying annually is effectively 2 months free. Tracker will be billed monthly.
Are there team or family plans?
Not yet. The current scope is one user per account. Family-office and multi-seat plans are on the roadmap once the single-user product is solid.
Where will you process payments?
Stripe, once paid tiers go live. Sovereign HNI will never see or store your card details — they go directly to Stripe.
