Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one click and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No retention call, no friction. You drop back to the Free tier and keep your data.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays where it is. Dropping from Sovereign to Tracker keeps your full tracker and history but pauses the tax engine, AI monitor, and AI chat. Dropping to Free keeps your account and your rankings; live tracking and integrations pause and reconnect instantly the moment you upgrade again.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Sovereign is $100/mo or $1,000/yr — paying annually is effectively two months free. Tracker is billed monthly.
Are there team or family plans?
Not yet. The current scope is one user per account. Family-office and multi-seat plans are on the roadmap once the single-user product is solid.
Where do you process payments?
Stripe, once paid tiers go live. Sovereign HNI never sees or stores your card details — they go directly to Stripe.
