Is there a free trial of Pro?
The Free tier is the trial. It lets you build out a real portfolio and see exactly how the dashboard feels with your data before deciding whether the Pro features are worth $19/mo to you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one click and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No retention call, no friction. You drop back to the Free tier and keep your data.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays where it is. If you have more than 10 holdings on the Free tier, the dashboard still shows everything; new holdings beyond the cap are blocked until you upgrade or remove some. Exchange integrations pause but reconnect instantly when you upgrade again.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Annual billing will be available at launch with a two-month discount built in. Until then, monthly is the only option.
Are there team or family plans?
Not yet. The current scope is one user per account. Family-office and multi-seat plans are on the roadmap once the single-user product is solid.
Where do you process payments?
Stripe, once paid tiers go live. Sovereign HNI never sees or stores your card details — they go directly to Stripe.
