Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Sovereign HNI in any other way (including demo mode), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Sovereign HNI (“the service”) is a web application operated by Confiable Tech (DIFC, Dubai) that helps you track, organize, and analyze your personal financial data: holdings, prices, snapshots, income, expenses, and tax modeling across multiple jurisdictions. The service is provided as software; it is not a brokerage, custodian, exchange, bank, registered investment advisor, or accounting firm.

3. Not financial, tax, or legal advice

This is the most important clause in this document.Sovereign HNI is a modeling and visualization tool. Nothing the service displays — including price quotes, tax estimates, sovereignty index outputs, residency simulations, AI chat responses, or P&L projections — is financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or move any asset.

Tax calculations are estimates produced by a generalized engine and may not reflect your specific situation, your jurisdiction's most recent rules, or the edge cases that determine your actual liability. For any decision that affects your finances, taxes, or residency, work with a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make.

4. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at security@sovereignhni.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate any law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or another user's data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service in bulk.
• Resell or sublicense the service to third parties without written permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or the experience of other users.
• Use the service to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

6. Data accuracy

The service ingests price data from third-party providers (CoinGecko, yfinance, and connected exchanges). We make reasonable efforts to surface accurate, timely data, but we cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or freshness. You should verify important figures against authoritative sources before acting on them.

7. Subscriptions and billing

The Free tier is free indefinitely with the limits described on the pricing page. Paid tiers, when active, are billed in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

8. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confiable Tech and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Confiable Tech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these terms.

12. Changes to the service and to these terms

We may modify the service or these terms at any time. Material changes to these terms will be announced in-app and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the DIFC Courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
